Lets see:
Today I used sprouted Chia seeds I was given at the Yoga Conference, in my Loot bag. I love those things - always find a new product I was not familiar with.
These are wonderful little seeds - nobody finds them objectionable. I added them to my Oatmeal.
Later, I baked some Lemon-Poppy seed Mini Muffins. (with Whole Wheat Pastry Flour:) )
I never even suspected how nutritious those little seeds are.
